Minutes of Meeting of Rottweiler Club of Pakistan held on 1st February 2019.
Members in Attendance:

- Ms. Afifa Irfan (Treasurer)
- Mr. Mubeen Shahid (Chairman Show Committee Lahore)
The meeting was conducted via teleconference. In this meeting Mr. Subak Majeed expressed his desire to retire from the club as President and the National Breed Warden. The management after considerable and intense deliberation, reluctantly accepted the proposal of the President.
The President nominated the Vice President Mr. Umer Ahmed Raza to receive the charge and assume powers of the President and National Breed Warden of RCP. Mr. Umer Ahmed Raza with full confidence and unanimous vote of the Managing Committee Members accepted the duties of Acting President and National Breed Warden of the Rottweiler Club of Pakistan from today i.e 2nd of February 2019 till such time as elections are announced and take place and a new RCP Managing Committee is elected.
The Managing Committee acknowledged and thanked the outgoing President Mr. Subak Majeed for introducing the breed and establishing Rottweiler Club of Pakistan. RCP has come a long way in leadership of Mr. Subak Majeed, from the inception of the club to it’s registration with KCP and affiliation with international Rottweiler Clubs IFR and ADRK. It was mentioned and acknowledged that due to tireless efforts of the retiring President we had the best and most senior ADRK Judges come to Pakistan to judge our shows year after year. His vast knowledge and years of experience in breeding brought the Rottweiler breed in Pakistan to an international level. His invaluable guidance gave us direction and has always inspired the members to do better, he was a mentor and a friend and his presence will be missed immensely. His contribution is irreplaceable. His dedication is immeasurable.
The Managing Committee expressed a vote of thanks and concluded the meeting.
